Q: How long does shipping take?
A. Our products come from all over the world, so shipping times vary. For wedding dresses, our shipping time is about the same as when the bridal shop has to order your dress. On average, products are delivered between 1 and 3 weeks from the date of order. We do provide tracking numbers.
Q. Where do your products come from?
A. We order products from vetted suppliers that many stores already use. Most stores order products in bulk from these suppliers and store them in their own warehouses or storefronts. Or, they order a few dresses in common sizes to use as sample dresses, and then order products based on customer orders. We skip that expensive process, and have products shipped right to our customers, which keeps our prices low.
Q. Do you have a store near me?
A. We are just online right now. Storefronts are expensive and having one would mean we would have to increase our prices drastically. Eventually we do want to open a local location for just Wedding Dresses.
Q. I am nervous about shopping for a wedding dress online. Do you have any tips?
A. We actually have an article about purchasing a dress online, and you can see it here. The most important thing is that you ask any questions you have BEFORE purchasing. For example, questions about any details that are not included in the product description, should always be asked and not assumed. Our customer service is available to answer these questions.
