- Shipping is Free. Best to get that out of the way first and foremost :)
Wedding Dresses
- Our wedding dresses take anytime within 12 to 30 days to process, depending on the merchant. The shipping usually takes 12 days. Some merchants take less time to process some take a little bit more (They put all their love and details into it so you can look prettier on your big day). If you love a dress you will find that time just passes by.
- We offer standard shipping. FedEx. DHL. We usually work with partners that deliver to our Charming customers the fastest.
Other Fashion Items
Dresses and other fashion items take within 8-16 days to be delivered.
Domestic Shipping Rates
Shipping policies remain the same for domestic shipping.
Local delivery | In-Store Pickup
We do not offer Local Deliveries or In-Store Pickup currently. A good idea might be to have a few local destinations of SolidCharm in the near future. Look out for the news :)
International Shipping
We ship internationally.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. SolidCharm is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. In case this happens we share some of the burden with you by always delivering Free Shipping ;)
How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
